About Dr. Clay Hall
Dr. Hall's healthcare career spans nearly 20 years of experience, with an extensive professional background including prior roles as the CEO of a multistate mobile physician group. He has studied healthcare trends across the world and worked as a global executive consultant for healthcare companies on several continents.
Educationally, he completed formal training in Primary Care Medicine as a nurse practitioner (NP) from Olivet Nazarene University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and top of his class. He also completed post-graduate training in Psychiatry and Neuroscience from Purdue University.
He is currently completing his NP fellowship training in Anti-Aging Medicine from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). He also holds degrees in Healthcare Leadership (PhD) and Business (MBA) and believes in being a lifelong learner, bringing the most up-to-date care to his patients.

"I consider myself blessed to have started my clinical career in emergency medicine. By observing what unexpectedly goes wrong in health, I was able to approach my academic research in neuroscience with a perspective that few scientists have — nearly 20 years in front of patients in real scenarios. I know what works, what doesn't, what sticks with patients and what doesn't. That's how I built these protocols and wrote this book: from the lens of actual patient care, bringing clinical insight to complement the science."

Neurochemical protocols
Evidence-based protocols developed for real-world conditions

Over several years, Dr. Hall has conducted extensive patient interviews and peer-to-peer consultations with specialists across disciplines to understand where conventional medicine falls short and how neurochemical interventions can fill those gaps.
This is an emerging field of medicine — one that recognizes most 'mental health' problems have physical components, and most 'physical health' problems have neurochemical drivers.
Key areas of focus
- 01
Dopamine & Norepinephrine
How these affect chronic pain, not just motivation
- 02
Perimenopausal Sleep
Why sleep disorders are histamine problems, not just hormone problems
- 03
Endocannabinoid Function
How it determines stress recovery and resilience
- 04
GABA Dysfunction
Why it shows up as IBS, anxiety, and insomnia together
"The protocols developed aren't theoretical. They're built from thousands of patient interactions, peer collaboration, and rigorous attention to what actually works in real life."
Clinical observations & findings
85%
Treatment-resistant cases
Patients who had failed 2+ conventional treatments showed improvement with neurochemical protocols
3.2x
Faster response time
Average time to symptom improvement compared to traditional psychiatric approaches
67%
Medication reduction
Patients able to reduce or eliminate psychiatric medications with targeted interventions

Real Results
"The way Dr. Hall explains things in his book is exactly how I educate my patients. I find myself continually going back to Clay's book and basically reciting his wisdom to my patients."
